"I started my business in December 2023, and we're coming up on our one-year mark! I’m passionate about diabetes management because so many people close to me, both family and friends, struggle with it. They're often not given the tools they need to manage this condition effectively. We sit down with patients for 45-60 minutes and focus on practical strategies that fit their busy lives to help manage blood sugars. We're only a phone call away, and when you call, you speak directly with us as providers – we’re with you every step of the way.

We offer comprehensive diabetes care, from management to education and support, no matter if you’re managing with lifestyle changes, medications, or hybrid closed-loop systems like pumps and CGMs. Diabetes can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. In addition to diabetes management, we also provide weight management solutions by working with a Dietitian and a Physician's Assistant on lifestyle changes and medications, including GLP-1's. We also offer nutrition appointments for a variety of reasons like healthy eating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, GI issues, weight loss, and more.

We love being part of the Mineral Point community because it’s always been so welcoming. There’s a real need in this area for comprehensive diabetes management. Our PA, Brittany Chambers, grew up and lives in Mineral Point, and patients appreciate that she understands the specific struggles of finding quality care here. We’re hoping to expand our hours in Mineral Point soon.
