We’re thrilled to share that Rise & Shine Wellness Recovery Spa is moving down the road to one of Spring Grove’s most historic buildings!

Many of you may recognize it as the old general store from back in the day, located right across the street from The Grove Pub & Grill.

We’re excited to breathe new life into this cherished space as we expand our recovery spa—offering massage therapy, infrared sessions, coaching, and more to come! Our mission remains the same: to create customized services that help our surrounding communities prepare, prevent, and perform at their best!
