Join experienced instructor Jason Gatts for a one-hour Chi Kung (Qigong) session designed to restore harmony between body and mind. In this class, Jason guides you through a series of gentle, flowing movements synchronized with steady, mindful breathing. Each carefully chosen posture encourages the circulation of “qi” (vital energy), helping to release tension, improve focus, and support overall well-being.

The session begins with simple warm-ups to loosen the joints and awaken awareness in every part of the body. As you progress, Jason introduces time-honored Chi Kung sequences—slow, fluid motions that cultivate calmness and expand the breath. Interspersed pauses and standing meditations allow moments of stillness to absorb the benefits of each movement and deepen your inner connection.

Throughout the practice, Jason provides clear, supportive instructions and subtle alignment tips. He offers gentle guidance on refining your breathwork and posture, ensuring both newcomers and experienced practitioners can ease into the practice at their own pace.

In the month of May, I stepped away from the noise of social media and turned inward—toward my home, my children, and my roots.

May, in many traditions, is known as the Month of the Mother—a sacred time to honor the energy of nurturance, creation, and the Divine Feminine in her fullest expression. From ancient celebrations of fertility and growth to modern Mother’s Day tributes, this month carries the vibration of tending, holding, and remembering.

I chose to fully embody the Mother Archetype—not just as a parent, but as a guardian of my dreams, a nurturer of sacred spaces, and a keeper of the rhythm of life. I needed to REMEMBER what I’ve been working so hard for… the "why" behind the work, the purpose behind the pace.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.

And in that pause, I found joy in simple moments, laughter in the chaos, and deep reverence for the life I’m creating—both in my family and in my work.

I’m returning now with a full heart and deeper clarity. Thank you for holding space for me while I recharged in the arms of the sacred mother within.

Here’s to all the ways we mother—not just children, but dreams, visions, communities, and ourselves.
