Sometimes older houses can be tricky. Especially when they were built before indoor plumbing. This week we were able to take a small bathroom and try to maximize the space with 2 closets with sliding barn doors. Custom seated shower with white marble porcelain tiles, chrome rails, trims, and marble corner shelves thanks to Miller Custom Tile. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, new vanity, retro medicine cabinet and lots of other touches to make this small space a beautiful custom bathroom.

Exciting behind-the-scenes improvements are happening at the CAC! We want to give a special thank you to A-Bility Contracting, LLC and B E Heck Underground Utilities LLC for their incredible work. 🛠️💙

Thanks to this amazing team effort, we now have a beautiful new steel exterior staircase. A-bility Contracting collaborated with RT30 Ironworks, to design the stairs, ensuring both safety and durability. The project also included reinforcing the porch posts and making them completely maintenance-free — a big win for long-term upkeep.

A special shout-out to B.E. Heck Underground Utilities for the excavating and concrete work, and to our local contractors in Chambersburg, PA, who helped bring this project to life.

This is one of the projects that we have been working on over the last few weeks. Patty Hegberg has a Thrivent retirement planning office in Hanover PA. She reached out to us with her ideas, to take a open commercial office space and turn it into her new Thrivent financial location on Carlisle Street in Hanover. For her expanding business.
