The C-Hold Stretch 🤱
Notice your little one always turning their head to one side? This simple C-hold can help!
Gently hold your baby in this position for 30-90 seconds (as long as they’re comfortable with it). Make sure to do both sides, even if they’re only favoring one direction.
This stretch is a great tool to use between adjustments, but here’s the thing: if your baby consistently prefers one side, it’s worth getting them evaluated. There could be tension, muscle tightness, or alignment issues that need more than just stretching at home.
