Ok moms....crowd sourcing here.
I am a Doula and Massage Therapist. Basically what I do is focus on women in the childbearing years.

I have been offered the opportunity to hold a workshop in our community.

If you were a first time pregnant person....what would you want to attend a workshop on?

Same question for Postpartum!....We all know our providers do not adequately set us up or prepare us for the postpartum period.

If you were thinking of becoming pregnant or were newly pregnant, what workshop would you be interested in to help you get ready for postpartum.

I am thinking 1 hour....2 maximum!

Asking any of my contacts/followers that are small business owners, work in food service or just plain believe in kids and their dreams.....

Our son participated in a Sous Chef certification program at Junior Chefs of America. Graduation is this Sunday. They are having a blitz fundraiser (only 3 days left!!).....a popcorn sale.

Still on this pate kick. If you are growing another human and want to support YOUR nutrition AND baby's.....make, or have someone make chicken liver pate for you!

Rich in protein, iron, vitamins A, B12, folate, healthy fats and more!

I eat mine on a parmesan crisp.

So many women find it difficult to get enough protein in during pregnancy....adding this as a snack can help.
