MISSION: POSABILITY is a nonprofit that provides positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. CORE VALUES: Our core values make up the word I.M.P.A.C.T. which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training. VISION: POSABILITY exists to make I.M.P.A.C.T. (which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training) accessible to families and neighbors. POSABILITY was founded in 2022 by Wayne & Tina Cordova & their daughter Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The Cordova's life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being a part of their larger community.

This week at F.R.I.E.N.D.S. our teens explored the important life skill of “agree to disagree.”👏🏼
Through group activities and guided conversations, they learned that it’s okay to have different opinions — and that respecting others’ perspectives builds stronger relationships. 💬💪🏼
We’re so proud of how they practiced listening, expressing themselves, and valuing differences while staying connected as friends. 💛

Posability’s 4th Annual Mom’s Retreat is coming up! DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS OCT 26th!
📸Check out some pictures from previous years!💙

Join us for a relaxing weekend where moms of children or adults with disabilities, can catch a break to unwind, build connections, and enjoy time to yourself! Did I say that right?!?⁉️

Yes! You will have time to yourself, your own room (unless you choose to share), your own food, and your own choice of activities that YOU get to enjoy throughout the weekend! Plus, you will be encouraged by fellow moms walking a similar path, well loved, and have lots of fun!

Who: This retreat is designed for moms of children with disabilities or a diagnosis, who need time to rest, build connections, and be encouraged.

When: Friday, November 7th to Sunday, November 9th

Where: Chinsegut Hill Retreat Center, 22495 Chinsegut Hill Road Brooksville, FL 34601

Cost: $250 per person
or $225 for a Shared Room;
Includes - own room and bathroom (linens provided), all meals, activities, SWAG bag,
t-shirt, and more!

Pre-Conference Time: $25 additional; Get an early start to your weekend by settling in early (3:00PM), meet up with other mommas for some afternoon delights, and share a time to reconnect!
