MISSION: POSABILITY is a nonprofit that provides positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. CORE VALUES: Our core values make up the word I.M.P.A.C.T. which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training. VISION: POSABILITY exists to make I.M.P.A.C.T. (which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training) accessible to families and neighbors. POSABILITY was founded in 2022 by Wayne & Tina Cordova & their daughter Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The Cordova's life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being a part of their larger community.

Parent Recharge is a special respite opportunity for families affected by disability, proudly powered by POSABILITY.
During this fun-filled evening, children with unique needs and their siblings will:

At Creative Posability, we make sure to accommodate and modify activities so every child can participate! Inclusion and creativity are at the heart of what we do — and we truly love what we get to do every single day!

On February 10, 2026, the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council, Inc. hosts the 20th annual event celebrating the I/DD community and the many successes achieved for individuals and families across our state.
