MOBILITY TIP: Unlock Your Upper Back!
Sitting all day can stiffen your thoracic spine (upper back), leading to poor posture and shoulder tension.
Try this easy movement to improve mobility and reduce tightness:
🟦 Wall Thoracic Rotation
1️⃣ Stand sideways next to a wall
2️⃣ Place both hands together, arms extended in front of you
3️⃣ Rotate your top arm open toward the opposite side, following it with your eyes
4️⃣ Return to start — repeat 10x per side
