🏃‍♂️ Lose the extra pounds. The heavier you are, the more weight it puts on your legs. If you shed off some weight and become healthier, the clogged veins would loosen up too.

🧍‍♀️Avoid standing or sitting for long periods. Take a break at least every half an hour. Walk around if you must. This will help improve blood circulation throughout the body.

👖 Choose to wear loose clothing. The tighter your clothes are, particularly your pants, the more pressure it places on your legs. Choose loose, more comfortable clothing.
