Position: Caregiver (Med Tech & CPR Certified) Location: Spring Hill, Florida Type: Full-time / Part-time / PRN (flexible scheduling available)

Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care and emotional support to residents

Administer medications safely and accurately per Med Tech certification

Foster a homelike, engaging environment aligned with the Butterfly Model philosophy

Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic, dignified care

Requirements:

Valid Med Tech certification

Current CPR certification

Experience in assisted living or dementia care preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Passion for person-centered caregiving
