Eeekkkk. The Cafe smells awesome! Blueberries, Apples, Oranges, Ginger, and a blend of different vinegars and spices. ♡♡♡ Class starts in about an hour. The smell will just get more intense. ☆☆☆

Our next 'Garden to Glass' classes at WellCome OM Integral Healing & Education Center is in 2 weeks. Tuesday January 20th, 2026 at 2pm. We will be canning OM Grown Cauliflower. ((Fun Fact - did you know that WellCome OM is home to a Registered Nursery! They have a Community Garden too!))

We do have a class this coming Saturday at Artisan Haven BVL 134 E Fort Dade Ave, Brooksville FL 34601. We will be making Fire Cider! ♡♡♡
