Our Pearls of Life® neighborhood had a wonderful time coming together to make homemade dog treats for the Caring Canines, who visit them each Wednesday. With smiles and teamwork, they prepared these special goodies as a heartfelt way to show appreciation for the joy, comfort and companionship the dogs bring. It was a meaningful and fun activity that truly brightened everyone’s day.

In honor of World Parkinson's Day, we're sharing Bob's story. After his diagnosis, he felt like giving up. But his daughter challenged him to fight back. Through Rock Steady Boxing at The Inn on Westport, a community managed by The Goodman Group, Bob regained his strength and found purpose helping others face their diagnosis with courage. Our residents enjoyed a lively and engaging drum circle led by Adriana, who regularly visits our community. The rhythmic beats brought energy and excitement to the room, encouraging participation, movement and smiles all around. It was a fun and uplifting experience that allowed residents to express themselves, connect with one another and enjoy the joy of music together.

The Residence at Timber Pines Pearls of Life® community were delighted to welcome PAW Warriors for a special visit filled with warmth and companionship. The adorable kittens brought endless smiles as residents enjoyed holding, petting and bonding with their furry guests. The visit created a calming and joyful atmosphere, offering comfort, laughter and meaningful moments for everyone involved.

The Residence at Timber Pines recently enjoyed a wonderful painting class where they each created their own Easter-themed artwork. The room was filled with creativity, focus and cheerful conversation as everyone put their heart into their paintings. Each resident approached their piece in a unique way, showcasing their individual style and imagination.

The effort and care they put into their work truly showed in the results — beautiful, colorful paintings that reflect both the spirit of Easter and the pride they felt in their accomplishments. It was a joyful and rewarding experience for all, and we are so proud of the creativity and dedication our residents displayed.
