Think about your day…
You carry your kid on the same hip.
You sling your purse or bag over the same shoulder.
You cross the same leg.
You sit on the same wallet.
Every time you do that, you’re subtly tilting your pelvis and spine to one side.
At first, your body adapts. Then muscles tighten. Then joints stop moving well. Then pain shows up.

Switch sides often, put wallet in front pocket, and alternate shoulders to even things out.
