Absolutely. My vendor list covers everything home related. Lenders, inspectors, title companies, insurance agents, contractors, and more. Having the right team in place ensures the process is smooth and reliable, giving my clients peace of mind every step of the way.
6. What advice do you give to first time buyers to make the process smoother?
Get preapproved early, avoid major financial changes during the process, and lean on your Realtor. Ask every question, no question is too small. I guide and educate my clients so they feel confident and informed throughout the entire process.
7. How do you guide and support your clients from the first showing to closing?
I keep my buyers one step ahead at all times. From the first showing to closing day, I maintain strong transparency so you always know what’s coming next. I coordinate with lenders and title, manage timelines, and prepare you for each milestone. My calm, experienced approach keeps my clients levelheaded and confident, so the process never feels overwhelming.
