At Spring Gardens Recovery, you’ll experience an unparalleled level of care that includes medically-assisted detox, counseling, holistic treatments and therapies and 24-7 medical care and supervision. We also provide luxurious accommodations and delicious, chef-prepared meals as you begin the recovery process. During your stay on our 4.5-acre, gated facility, no expense was spared to give our guests the most comfortable and eloquent settings. Guests will have their own flat-screen television, equipped with wireless Bluetooth headphones for personal listening. Phones and Wi-Fi are also included in our rooms to make your comfort our number one priority. Our private culinary staff works with our in-house nutritionist to ensure that each meal invigorates and replenishes any deficiencies during the detoxification process. What Is Aquatic Therapy?

Our Aquatic Therapy programs involve performing therapeutic physical and mental therapy exercises in a pool, boat, kayak, or other aquatic setting under the supervision of qualified therapists, professionals, nurses, and licensed behavioral health technicians (BHTs).

Some of the different kinds of Aquatic Therapy provided by Spring Gardens Recovery include:
Boating
Kayaking
Swimming
Float Therapy
Cold Plunge

All of these therapies support individuals during and after detoxification, as well as after rehabilitation.
The goal of aquatic therapy is to help people lower stress, providing opportunities for mindfulness while boosting opportunities for physical well-being, all of which are essential parts on the path to recovery.
