Our communities are leaning into this month’s theme, Wrap Our Building in Love, with activities centered around connection, kindness, and time spent together. We’re also continuing our Year of Flavor journey through Morning Pointe in Motion, with a virtual stop in Hershey, Pennsylvania. 🍫

This month’s calendar includes celebrations like Food Service Appreciation, the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Presidents' Day, Mardi Gras, National Caregivers Day, and Letter to an Elder Day, along with plenty of daily activities and gatherings. 🍽️ 🏈 🎭 💌

Our Baking Club took on a new challenge with a decadent tiramisu dip—bringing all the rich, creamy, coffee-soaked flavors of the classic Italian dessert into a fun, shareable treat. Velvety mascarpone cream, espresso-dipped ladyfingers, and plenty of smiles made this no-bake creation feel like pure indulgence.

At Morning Pointe Senior Living, care goes beyond the basics. One important way we support resident safety and well-being is through twice-yearly Drug Regimen Reviews, where a licensed geriatric pharmacist takes a comprehensive look at each resident’s medications to ensure they remain appropriate, effective, and aligned with current health needs.

These reviews help reduce unnecessary medications, minimize side effects, and support residents in feeling their best day to day—offering added reassurance for families and an extra layer of thoughtful clinical oversight.

Sometimes a life change begins with a moment of uncertainty — and turns into something unexpectedly good. 🧡

In this week’s Understanding Senior Living story, John shares how his family came to Morning Pointe Senior Living during a stressful, uncertain season after his mom’s injury. What was meant to be a short stay became something much more meaningful. 🦋

For his mom, Dotty, it wasn’t just the support that made the difference — it was having people to eat with, talk with, laugh with, and build friendships alongside. For John, it was knowing she was surrounded by a team who truly knows her and cares about her well-being every day.
