Baseball season is here and we love having the opportunity to work with baseball players at all levels!⚾️

Trace Willhoite stopped in to get some manual therapy work in before heading down to Florida for spring training.

Trace is currently in high single A ball with the New York Mets and was a former standout at Lipscomb University where he set the school record for home runs. We wish Trace the best this season as he puts in the grind on the field!⚾️

Open to all Middle and High School athletes! Group speed/agility/power large group sessions on Wednesdays at 4:00pm. $40/athlete with a max of 15 athletes in each class. Velocity Based training and sports performance training from Clint Woods CSCS strength coach every Wednesday.

We are open for regular business hours for all physical therapy appointments 💪
👉 Fitness classes will be offered on a modified schedule at 8:50 AM and 1:00 PM.
👉 The gym will be open for members to come in at their own convenience between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no trainer will be present for instruction. We’ll post an at-home workout as well.
