🎯 YOUR GOAL: STEP OUTSIDE and face toward the SUN for 3–10 MINUTES of morning daylight (no sunglasses), preferably before 10 AM. Use a bright window ONLY if necessary. Note: CLOUDY DAYS will require more time to get the same amount of sunlight to your eyes. ⛅️👀
