Even baby teeth play a big role, they help with speech, chewing, and guiding adult teeth into place.

Start early, stay consistent, and don’t forget: your little one should have their first dental visit by age 1!

Starting Solid Foods: Big Milestone, Little Bites!

Is your baby around 6 months old and showing signs they're ready for solids? Here are a few tips to help make the transition smooth and safe:

Start Simple – Begin with single-ingredient foods like puréed veggies, fruits, or baby cereal.
Watch for Readiness – Good head control, sitting up with support, and showing interest in your food are all green lights!
One at a Time – Introduce new foods one at a time and wait 3-5 days to watch for allergies.
Breastmilk or Formula First – Solids are just a bonus at this stage; milk is still their main source of nutrition.
Keep Mealtime Fun – Let baby explore the textures, even if it gets messy! It’s all part of learning.
