A recent systematic review of 147 studies concluded that organic foods are generally no safer or healthier than conventional foods, and this is good news because organic foods is generally more expensive with more limited distribution, and so few people have access to them.

It’s good to know that you aren’t sacrificing your—or your family’s—health by choosing conventional foods.

If you want—and can afford—to purchase organic foods, go right ahead! There’s nothing wrong with doing so.

They just aren’t any safer or healthier. 🤠
