Mallard Eye Care is located inside Walmart in Spring Hill, at 4959 Main Street, as well as inside Walmart in Columbia, at 2200 Brookmeade Drive. We offer complete eye exams for all ages, and accept most insurance carriers, including Medicare. Our full eye exam for glasses is $70, and our contact lens exam is $100-$120, depending on fit type.
