The terms energy, vibration and frequency are often thrown around in the alternative or metaphysical community, but what exactly do these concepts have to do with health and wellness?

It is important for me to share some basic science, so it opens this avenue of holistic wellness to more people.

Such as, those who don't understand energy work and dismiss it as not real. Those who feel it is only a placebo. Those who have never seen it and those who have a strong conscience that makes them question if this type of holistic process is something that will offend their own personal belief system.

This year it is only a small sampling but I am still happy it is available. Please use soundness of mind in all endeavors during these upcoming months regarding crowds and exposure to possible infections but I just couldn't help sharing the event that starts next week.

Learn to like the trees during . The beauty of release, the winds gentle push as the leaves dance in the air.

When the leaves no longer nurture the tree, the branches allow their hold on the leaves to be released. The letting go of ‘deadweight’ may appear to be a cruel and vicious cycle but step back and learn from the creative design.

Leaves lose their ability to provide the nutrients needed to sustain the tree. They begin to expire in a majestic color changing array. The crisp autumn winds help the tree to release the leaves attachment. The leaves fall to the ground.

That is not the end of the process. The leaves accumulate on the ground to form a blanket protecting the roots of the tree during the harsh winter months. Over the next several months the deciduous leaves turn into soil allowing for new growth.

Another small step with mighty consequences. When our body's response causes electrons to jump to a higher or lower orbit it is called Quantum Leap.

This energy transition can either initiate an exothermic process releasing heat, causing the temperature of the immediate surrounding to rise or cause an endothermic process which absorbs heat and cools the surrounding area.
