The role of MOM has been the most demanding, exhausting, scary, overstimulating and overwhelming job I have ever had. It is also the most rewarding, fulfilling, precious, and by far the BEST title I have ever had the privilege of having.

These little boys are my 🌎 and I am proud to hold this title. To love and support them through all of life’s changes has given me no greater honor. They are the reason for everything that I do and am. I will continue to thank them for this daily…. and remind them of these pictures so they can clearly see the exhaustion too. Can’t forget that 🤣

MONDAY…. Common faces on this day include 🤬🤪😒😫😳 BUT what if we changed our Monday inner voice narrative? Just like the new year, which is viewed as a new beginning, Monday can be too.

This card pull really resonated with me today as feelings of self doubt have popped into my life lately. I know this is a very common thing to experience. One that I find myself frequently exploring with my own clients. We all question ourselves and decisions we have made at certain points in our lives.

✨ Should I have made a different decision?

✨ Where would I be if I had done XYZ instead?

✨Would I be happier if I chose a different path in my life?

So I found it very curious that I pulled this card today from when I have been asking myself these very questions lately. Something the guidebook described truly sat with me..
