โ๏ธ Conduct building inspections for structural integrity, safety, and code compliance
โ๏ธ Review building plans and issue permits
โ๏ธ Advise contractors and homeowners on code compliance
โ๏ธ Perform inspections on new construction and existing structures
โ๏ธ Collaborate with other inspectors across various trades

โข Strong knowledge of building/zoning codes & construction methods
