How are you sleeping?

Sleep has been my top health priority over the past few years. At one point, I was waking up every two hours like clockwork and not because of a child. It took time and work but I’m now often sleeping through the night and getting up just one time on average. I’ve had to re-think my sleep posture, food allergies, bedtime and even use a meditation app. Everyone is different but the common themes to good rest are the same: Unplug tech, go to bed early, address food allergies/toxins/sugar/caffeine, wake up at the same time, take naps or sleep in when needed and find stress management tools that work for you. Easier said than done, right?
