Tip # 2 Lighting matters

A dark hallway can trip you up faster than you think. Good lighting = good safety. Add a lamp, turn on that nightlight, or try motion-sensor lights to keep your steps steady—day or night. If you need help changing a lightbulb, don’t be afraid to ask.
