🎉 What a wild year it has been! Life update…
Last September, I went back to school at the Academy of Alternative Healing Arts, LLC to pursue Massage Therapy, and I am excited to announce that in July, I received my License!!! 🏅
✨ I have been working at The Gleason Center for a few years now, and let me tell you, it's such a unique place—a gold mine of holistic health and wellness services, such as Chiropractic, Kinesiology, functional medicine testing, MLS Laser Therapy, PEMF, and nutritional/supplement support, to name a few. It has been an honor to be a part of the team and to now be serving in this new role as a Massage Therapist with The Center Spa!! ✨
This past year has been an incredible journey of learning and discovery…I found a passion and calling that I didn't know was missing from my life! 🙏 I cannot express how rewarding it has been to help others reduce their pain and increase mobility (drug-free—woohoo). I have been astonished to see incredible results in such a short time from my clients. I feel so blessed by what the Lord has gifted me to do!!
I specialize in Therapeutic Massage and often employ a variety of different modalities based on my clients' needs and goals. Whether that's assisted stretch, guasha, cupping, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue…in real-time, we may switch up the technique as a restriction is felt in the body. 💪 My newest addition to the toolbox is becoming certified in “Intraoral Massage” (helps with TMJ, sinuses, speech, headaches).
Aside from the typical things you'd expect from a massage therapist, I have also worked with an amazing organic skincare line called KPS Essentials for the past couple years and have integrated their nutrient-rich products into our spa massages! KPS is clinically validated and gets results; whether that's signs of aging, scar repair, acne, dry skin, or even cellulite, I've got a protocol for it!! I even have an oncology-aware certificate to support the needs of those who've gone through cancer treatments.
