💊 Do you take 4 or more medications?

✅ Keep an updated medication list in your wallet. Put the following information:
- Medication, including dose and frequency
- List of drug allergies
- List of doctors, including contact information

🟢 Update the list if your medications change.

Why? This is critical information for doctors to have in the emergency room or hospital.

🔈 Medical records are often not accurate, and it’s important that the treatment team has accurate information.
