Too much access isn’t good for self care. The more magnetic you become, the more folks are gonna want a piece of your energy. In today’s world of DM’s, messenger, and texting, people can easily gain access to you on their every whim. Do not indulge all interactions because most of them are not worth your time. A lot of people belong on your public walls not in your private messages. The block button is your friend. They’ll live but you might not if you spread yourself too thin😉 Time for greater boundaries.

This is a very important thing to realize so that you can separate yourself from any feelings of guilt for not tolerating disrespect. Almost no one is going to thank you for putting up a boundary. You have to be OK with it not feeling too great. Regardless- protect yourself anyway. You will be so proud that you did. Don’t let anyone else dictate how you feel about yourself.
