Here’s what’s coming up this month!
Please note: Fitness Friday starts at 9am now. Also, no Coffee Talk in November, and no regular classes during the last two weeks of the month.
Take this time to rest, recharge, and do things that bring you joy—whether it’s a walk in nature, journaling, dancing, or simply connecting with others. Every small step supports your wellness! 💚

🏃‍♀️💪 Build Wellness—Together! 💚
The American College of Lifestyle Medicine recommends:
• 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week (or a combination!)
• Resistance training 2x/week to build strength
• Balance training 3x/week, especially as we age
• Stretching 2x/week to stay flexible and maintain function
If that sounds like a lot to tackle alone—don’t worry, we’ve got you! 🙌
Our weekly wellness classes are here to help you build these habits in a supportive, group setting. Whether you're getting back into the swing of things or starting fresh, you're not alone.
