After this week I have a new appreciation for trauma. Trauma builds us in so many different ways. Trauma is the frequency where the human gets to use tools they have to navigate life.
I had a period of time this week where my brain shut off . I went into complete reaction mode. Prison guard took over my brain and I was just listening to others and complying to everything I was being told to do. Thank God I had some amazing humans that assisted me in correct response actions.
This week free will has a whole Nother meaning to me. Allowance and ease has been my saving grace. And the amount of gratitude I feel in the huge amount of fear that surrounds me is a blessing from god in its self.
My beautiful and pain in the ass grandma is hanging on to life. This lady is a fighter . My greatest blessing in life has been to truly finding myself and standing in who I am while surrounded by her powerful energy. We are often oil and water with each other but this lady has always had my heart . I see her now so fragile. And it’s me that she seeks for comfort and ease. She has said and shared the kindness words and love I have ever felt from her. I knew she had it in her. 😜 . But this also scares me . My grandma has always been my fighter. When I was young you fought for me and when I turned 18 she fought me to grow me to a strong independent warrior woman.
She has broken me but in the process I was able to put myself back together with all the beautiful knowledge I have gained over the past 5 years that I turned into wisdom.
I am aligned with god. I am grateful for the time I have had to raise my daughter, care for my grandmother and find myself.
This is a new step . All unknown but I do not fear anything I do not lack anything for I have god and the divine family by my side at all times and I know and feel them. I also have my beautiful soul family. Thank you to all of you in human form. I have felt your energy holding me and I am grateful. You have assisted my strength in knowing myself and following my strategy and authority, and God frequency.
Life is an interesting rollercoaster all we can do is chose what is light and feels aligned with our best selves . Freeze all the rest and untangle that ! Transmute the energy into divine Christ Consciousness Energy giving you more space of you.
