At KALFIT, we believe strengthening one’s body & mind allows a person to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of life. Therefore creating a lifestyle that is not temporary, but something that will last forever. As first time owners, we will constantly strive to offer the greatest training to our members, always expanding our knowledge base and expertise. We too will continue to be students of those that can teach us concepts or methods we have not yet tried or discovered. The value we offer is exemplified in our distinct training philosophy and genuine care for each member. They will see & feel our sincerity through our interactions, teaching, and discussions with them. "Eating healthy is too hard." It is easier to open a bag of trail mix than wash strawberries and cut them up… but this is a great example of things that aren't really hard (talked about last week on the podcast with the review of "The Comfort Crisis").

AND, the upside is you will be more full, and full of healthy nutrients no less.

What helps with satiety? Volume, protein, fiber. Reach for your fruits & veggies ( ) and protein targets (Lazy Macros).

Trail mix shouldn't be feared, but if our day is full of these "convenient" on-the-go "healthy" snacks... we are probably over calories.
