✨ Meet Zaria, Community Outreach Coordinator at Ally Medical ER Spring ✨

Our Community Outreach Coordinators are the heart of our connection to the communities we serve. They build relationships, listen to stories, and help ensure our neighbors feel seen, supported, and cared for both inside and outside the ER.

For Zaria, Spring is a community full of life and kindness.

“My favorite thing about my community is the spirit of kindness you feel when you talk to people. You can go anywhere in Spring and find pockets of individuals who live life to the fullest and speak life into those around them. I love how much the community truly cares for itself.”

Outside of work, Zaria has a serious green thumb. She loves gardening, joining gardening clubs, and volunteering at clean-up events around Houston. She’s also a big fan of live music and loves exploring Houston’s diverse music scene.

“Houston is a gem city. The different cultures, music styles, and genres make it feel like there’s always something new to experience.”

Zaria describes herself as creative, cheerful, and loving.

“I’ve always had a knack for innovation and finding new ways of thinking. Life is too short not to smile and spread joy every day, and I genuinely care about the people close to me and their well-being.”

While she didn’t grow up directly in Spring, Zaria’s roots aren’t far.

“If you travel about 30 miles toward Austin County to Prairie View, you’ll find the Jackson family. Some of my favorite memories in Spring revolve around amazing food — BBQ, tamales, ice cream. You can always find something new to try, and Spring has the best Bruster’s on the Northside of Houston.”

Zaria loves the people she serves because of their strength and resilience.

“People come up to our table with stories of their trials and tribulations, and I’m inspired by how dedicated our community is to their health and well-being.”

Her favorite part about working at Ally Medical ER is the sense of purpose she feels every day.

“I’ve worked many jobs, including the Senate and even a funeral home, but none have made me feel as fulfilled as this one. From daily interactions with past patients to Ally’s dedication to affordable healthcare, I walk in every day knowing I’m making a difference.”

✨ Meet Jose, Lead Radiology Technologist at Ally Medical ER Spring ✨

Our Lead Radiology Technologists play a key role in emergency care by providing timely, accurate imaging that helps providers make fast, informed decisions. Beyond the technical side, they offer steady support and one-on-one care that helps patients feel reassured during critical moments.

For Jose, the Spring community is special because of the strong relationships it fosters.

“My favorite thing about the community I serve is how close-knit and supportive it is. Patients are genuinely appreciative of the care they receive, which makes the work especially rewarding. Caring for individuals and families from the same community helps build trust and meaningful connections.”

Outside of work, Jose enjoys staying active and connected to what matters most. He loves hiking, spending quality time with his wife and daughters, and visiting his family ranch with his dad — time that helps him recharge and stay grounded.

He describes himself as dependable, determined, and charismatic.

“My team and patients can always count on me. I’m driven by a strong work ethic and clear goals, and I bring an approachable, positive energy that helps build strong relationships.”

Jose enjoys caring for patients in the emergency setting because no two days are the same.

“Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an immediate impact. Providing timely, one-on-one care during critical moments is both meaningful and rewarding, and I take pride in helping patients feel supported when they need it most.”

His favorite part about working at Ally Medical ER Spring is the ability to truly focus on each patient.

“Being able to provide one-on-one care allows me to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference.”

As a Lead Radiology Technologist, Jose values the team he works alongside.

“Collaborating with a dedicated and supportive group makes the work rewarding and helps us provide exceptional patient care.”

One thing Jose wishes patients knew about radiology in emergency care is how essential it is behind the scenes.

“Radiology is vital for quickly identifying injuries and guiding life-saving decisions. It allows providers to diagnose conditions accurately and start treatment without delay, directly impacting patient outcomes.”

For Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, Ally Medical ER in Spring hosted a Patrol Pit Stop so local officers could refuel, grab a meal, and learn more about how we serve the community. It was awesome to give back to those who serve our communities every day!
