We truly enjoyed spending the evening with students, families, and staff as everyone came together to celebrate the season. The Roth Elementary Choir put on a wonderful winter performance, and the joy and community spirit made the night unforgettable.

🌟 Meet Meisha, your Spring Facility Administrator 🌟

For Meisha, Spring is all about the close-knit, supportive community—a place where people look out for each other and truly care.

Outside of Ally Medical ER, she’s always up for an adventure! Whether she’s traveling, off-roading, camping, cooking Southern comfort foods, riding motorcycles, or cruising the backroads in her family’s classic cars, life is never boring 🚙🔥. She and her husband have four adult children, one grandson, and two beloved Texas Blue Lacy dogs.

Meisha describes herself as:
Dedicated. Compassionate. Driven.
With 30 years in nursing, she leads with heart, lifts up her team, and is lovingly known as the “Mom” of the group.

Why does she love caring for patients?
“Every patient deserves to feel cared for, safe, and heard. It’s a privilege to ease someone’s fear or pain—even for a moment.”

Her favorite part of working at Ally Medical ER?

Our Ally Medical ER Spring team had a wonderful time connecting with staff and their families during this warm, community-centered event. We were honored to provide 15 turkeys for the Fox Elementary staff to enjoy and appreciated the opportunity to share information about Ally Medical ER and hand out some fun swag!

Thank you to our wonderful communities for giving us the chance to teach life-saving skills!💪❤️

Recently, Ally Medical ER Spring hosted two impactful community CPR classes...

We hosted a community CPR training session for the Spring ISD Family and Community Engagement Department, where staff and community members came together to learn essential skills for emergency situations.

We also trained FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency staff with hands-on instruction in CPR, AED use, and choking rescue techniques, thanks to Republic EMS, LTD.

We’re so inspired to see our community ready to respond confidently in emergencies!
