                                            A lot of us get in a rut of not having a lot of movement. This can create issues with balance for all ages, but especially for the elderly. Here is a great exercise for all ages. You say to yourself, " I don't have balance issues, I'm young." Well, start this now to make sure you don't have issues in the future.                                         Since falls are a major cause of serious injury, especially for older adults, here’s a simple way to objectively measure and improve your sense of balance… First, stand in a place where you can catch yourself from falling (like behind a chair or in a corner). Place your feet side by si
