Join ME, ILSE In a FUN inversion yoga class that’s the best of both worlds: It’s therapeutic because it can help minimize stubborn back pain, but it’s also a lot of fun because, well, who doesn’t wanna feel like they’re flying through the air? It’s not set up that high off the ground — so if you’re afraid of heights, no need to fret about that.) Students tend to like Yoga Trapeze for the spinal traction and passive backbends. If you can’t do Wheel Pose in a mat-based yoga class, you might have better luck in Yoga Trapeze. In short, the Yoga Trapeze provides an alternative approach to the typical yoga practice that makes all sorts of poses accessible to students who may be more limited on the mat. Besides those benefits, Yoga Trapeze incorporates functional pulling and grip strength motions that perfectly complement a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine. You’ll also improve flexibility, as well as core, upper body, and posterior chain strength.

Because of this vibrational match between like colors, you can usually choose your crystal to match the chakra you want to balance. For example, blue sapphires are good for your throat chakra - which is shown in blue. Just like amber and yellow topaz crystals align with your yellow solar plexus chakra. There are a few exceptions, like rose quartz, which is connected to the green heart chakra, but in general, this is a good place to start.

If you’re not sure which chakra to focus on, just pick the crystal that your intuition guides you to – the one that you just love. Your own body and intuition know what it needs.
