Boundaries are hard to maintain when there is guilt surrounding you enforcing them. However, the more you accommodate yourself to accommodate others, the closer you move towards resentment.

Los límites son difíciles de mantener cuando hay culpabilidad a tu alrededor al imponerlos. Sin embargo, cuanto más te adaptas a los demás, más te acercas al resentimiento.
