"Went to physical therapy yesterday and met with Bryce. Very friendly, asked a lot of questions, very thorough. Had vertigo which then left me with headaches every night. This seems too good to be true but with all the adjustments, testing, etc., I had my first good night sleep in a long time. Very good experience!"

Whether at work or home, posture is prevalent to all individuals. Everyone has a unique posture, however there are general rules one can follow to improve posture, alleviate pain and feel refreshed when sitting for long periods of time. Things like keeping your lower body stable, activating your core and staying active are all ways to adjust your posture positively. Back pain, headaches and stiffness may occur if you have bad posture, but are mostly preventative if you keep these rules in mind.

Put your phone in another room, try noise-cancelling headphones and mute notifications. Donโ€™t let the desire to be connected to more simulating objects win against your objectives to finish your work and be productive.

"August-November, 2024 Itโ€™s a great place with a great staff of PTโ€™s. They have help me a lot! They have all been patient and kind and very educated and knowledgeable as to helping me reach my goal of being independent and well balanced. I definitely recommend this balance center to anyone needing help! February,2025 Went back this week because my vertigo returned. I did not hesitate or think of going anywhere else for help! I know they can help me and I appreciate how welcomed I feel and how patient and helpful their staff and therapists are! Iโ€™m looking forward to having more sessions with them as I know they will help me! Again, I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy! You will be very pleased!"
