Fear is sneaky. Sometimes its big and loud - sometimes its quiet, tucked into the corners of our daily lives . But here's the thing when you look fear in the eye, it often shrinks. And what's left is a deep , full - body sigh of relief.
Think about the last time you did something that scared you a little. Maybe it was trying something new, setting a boundary, or simply slowing down when the world told you to go faster. Relief has a sweetness to it, A freedom you don't find anywhere else. This October, we are leaning into fear, not to get stuck in it, but to move throiugh it. Because eon the other side?
