About a month ago, I made the decision to sell off my equipment. The money is going to be used to repair damages to my home from Hurricane Beryl, including the roof and AC units, as well as prepare for the next slew of hurricanes by installing a generator and spray foaming the inside of my attic to lower our electrical bills. Anything left over would go towards replacing a fridge and taking care of my family.

I entertained the idea of raffling off all of the items as one giant package so that I could see someone else's dreams come to fruition the way mine has with both this equipment and the community that comes with it. That went sideways in less than a week and never recovered (originally we sold nearly 200 tickets in the first two days, and after our post was reported and we refunded everyone, we only sold 3 tickets).

I realized, after a month of getting my hopes up too high and getting crushed, that my biggest fault was relying on everyone else to help me fix my home and family. I'm not mad at anyone at all. I was disappointed, but mostly in myself for thinking I had a way to help my family and make someone else's dreams come true, but the reality is that's not anyone else's responsibility. It's my load to bear. My fire is not your fire.

If you have an 80/90/100w machine and use Lightburn, here's the Material Library that I built up over the past two years with my Aeon Mira 9. If it'll help, have at it!

UPDATE: This is a .clb file and is not meant to be opened in any program other than Lightburn. You cannot print this file, and you cannot just open this file. You must follow the clear instructions that I include in the download in order for you to install the material library file into Lightburn correctly. I've tested this file repeatedly to ensure it works.

Almighty Father, whose command is over all and whose love never fails, make me aware of Thy presence and obedient to Thy will. Keep me true to my best self, guarding me against dishonesty in purpose and deed and helping me to live so that I can face my fellow Marines, my loved ones and Thee without shame or fear. Protect my family. Give me the will to do the work of a Marine and to accept my share of responsibilities with vigor and enthusiasm. Grant me the courage to be proficient in my daily perfor- mance. Keep me loyal and faithful to my superiors and to the duties my country and the Marine Corps have entrusted to me. Make me considerate of those committed to my leadership. Help me to wear my uniform with dignity, and let it remind me daily of the traditions which I must uphold. If I am inclined to doubt, steady my faith; if I am tempted, make me strong to resist; if I should miss the mark, give me courage to try again.
Guide me with the light of truth and grant me wisdom by which I may understand the answer to my prayer.

ANOTHER COMRADE HAS BEEN CALLED TO THE HIGH COMMAND. HE HAS GONE TO REPORT TO THE COMMANDER OF US ALL. THIS MOMENT IS SACRED WITH THE ALMOST VISIBLE PRESENCE OF THE ONE WHO HAS GONE BEFORE. WE COME TO HONOR THE MEMORY OF ONE WHO OFFERED HIS LIFE IN THE SERVICE OF HIS COUNTRY, WHO HAS NOW ENROLLED IN THAT GREAT SPIRIT ARMY WHOSE FOOTFALLS CAUSE NO SOUND. BUT IN THE MEMORY OF MAN, THEIR SOULS GO MARCHING ON, SUSTAINED BY THE PRIDE OF SERVICE IN TIME OF NATIONAL DANGER. BECAUSE OF THEM, OUR LIVES ARE FREE; BECAUSE OF THEM, THE WORLD IS BLESSED.
