Sometimes it’s not about weight loss…sometimes, it’s about weight gain😳 Putting on lean mass without putting on body fat is not easy; in fact, it’s downright scary. But we did it!!! ✨Busybody Nutrition✨We got 20 pounds of pure muscle on him, and he now has an even lower body fat % than before! We’re not stopping yet, as Ryan has huge goals ahead, but hitting that 20 # gain at 12% body fat had to be noted🥳 So so proud of him! This is what eating 3300 calories and doing 6 days a week of high intensity programmed weight training will do for you.
