💙 Winter Storm Update & Gratitude ❄️
We want to take a moment to share just how prepared and united our community was during the recent winter storm. From the very start, our focus was on safety, comfort, and keeping life as normal—and joyful—as possible for our residents.
Our team ensured walkways were salted, warming stations were set up, thick covers were in place, and residents had plenty of snacks, hot food, games, and activities to enjoy. Evening room checks were completed to confirm every precaution was taken to prevent any issues such as frozen or busted pipes.
Most importantly, our incredible staff stepped up in a remarkable way. Many left their own homes and families to remain onsite for 72 hours, ensuring uninterrupted care, warmth, and companionship for your loved ones. Because of their dedication, activities continued, hot meals were served in the dining room, laughter filled the halls, and daily life went on as usual.
Your families were safe.
We had heat.
We had warm beds.
And yes—it truly turned into an icestorm party ❄️🎉
We are beyond proud of our staff, deeply grateful for our residents, and honored to care for such a wonderful community. Thank you for your continued trust and support.
💙 With gratitude and warmth,
Your Community Team
