Today’s strength session at Avanti Augusta Pines was all about full-body movement and feeling GREAT in our bodies!
Our residents practiced “reach and pull” exercises, from upper-body pulls to toe-touch reaches, helping improve mobility, coordination, and overall strength.

Today’s Unfold Floor session was all about slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with our bodies.
From Savasana and Child’s Pose to Mountain Pose and Seated Cross Over, each stretch offered our residents moments of calm, confidence, and grounding.

It’s amazing to see how gentle movement can reduce stress, improve posture, boost flexibility, and support better balance.
Our residents did such a wonderful job, and the peaceful smiles said it all. 💛 🧘‍♀️
