How much Halloween candy is okay for my kids to eat each day?

Halloween is one day a year, but the seemingly endless supply of sugary treats can last for weeks. Considering that four miniature packages of M&M’s deliver eight teaspoons worth of added sugar – more than a child should consume in one day –
Halloween candy can be scary for not only for parents but dentists too.

If you're kid goes on a 24-hour sugar spree, it's not the end of the world. Rather than worrying about what they eat that day, try to help them reduce their daily sugar consumption. It'll be more helpful in the long run.

Remember, enjoy Halloween in a safe way and mostly enjoy your families. Happy Halloween from the staff at Family Dental Care.

This patient wasn’t happy with misaligned and gapped teeth since childhood. We did a 1 year Invisalign treatment followed by a simple 1 hour bonding procedure to close the gap and bring out his smile. He was overjoyed to get this corrected after 44years!
