Following the emergency rule implemented by TABC, DSHS has filed their own 21+ age gate rule to cover the rest of the market.

This has been long overdue and welcomed by the industry to ensure h**p products are only sold to those who are 21+.

“The "cannabinoid" receptors in the brain — the CB1 receptors — outnumber many of the other receptor types on the brain. They act like traffic cops to control the levels and activity of most of the other neurotransmitters.
