DAY 21 – MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE – ACTION: After 28 years of weekly travel for work when I returned home on March 12th things started changing in my life without conscious effort: exercising more, spending more time outside in the sun, initially lost interest in drinking and now drink significantly less than before, eating an organic plant based diet, and focusing on meditation/breathwork in the absence of other distractions. On May 17 started receiving the following message – Control Emotions (resist temptation to react, instead feel and transform), Elevate Vibration, and Take Inspired Action. After receiving a ‘download’ would stay focused for a while, then would fall back into my old habits, and then another message would be received that reinforced and elaborated on the previous one. Always expect to take “big” action – instead my direction is: “reduce violence through meditation”, “accelerate human evolution through the 100th monkey effect”, “release ego and connect to something larger“. How does inspired action look in your life? When do you engage in inspired action? What could you do to increase the frequency and impact of your inspired action?
IMPORTANT NOTE: Inspired action may look very different than expected; feel and transform emotions, elevate vibration, and get quiet enough to “hear” your inspired actions.
