About me...

I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, hip and knee, and joint replacements. I have extensive experience and expertise in treating all conditions of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Whether you have a badly torn rotator cuff, a dislocating shoulder problem, hip impingement, labral tear, meniscus tear, or an anterior cruciate ligament tear, my team and I can help you understand the problem and offer solutions for rehab and potential repair.

As a member of the International Hip Preservation Society, one of my goals is to advance the understanding and treatment of hip problems with minimally invasive hip surgery. I have been fortunate to train and work with leaders in cartilage restoration and have extensive experience in treating cartilage injuries of the shoulder, hip, and knee. For those joints where cartilage repair procedures are not possible, I perform joint replacements for arthritis including shoulder replacements, robotic-assisted partial knee or total knee replacements, and total hip replacements. My team and I are focused on maintaining a patient-centered approach to medicine and fully exploring nonsurgical treatments before considering surgery. If surgery becomes an option, understanding the surgical goals and expectations after surgery are our number one goal for you.
