These big kids are having the most *magical* time!

We started our day with our book Room on the Broom during group time! Ms Stephanie has the best way of reading books, pausing and letting the children guess what the next animal would be. Our favorite guesses came from what could that roar come from?

Child 1: A dragon! 🐉
Child 2: A tiger! 🐯
Child 3: A lion! 🦁

Child 4: A PANDA BEAR! 😆🐼

Then followed that with the short video version of the book! And then made our witch's brew sensory tub experiment, with baking soda and vinegar.

So many learning/developmental areas were done this morning and its not even noon!

What is your favorite part of Fall? Pumpkins, crunchy leaves, sweater weather? This week the kids have been learning about the new changes OUTSIDE of our classroom! We went outside and found leaves, walnuts, pine cones, all sorts of textures and shapes and colors. We put them in a pin and brought them inside to use our magnify glasses and get a closer look at them!

After looking at all the variety we colored leaf pictures with all our favorite colored leaves on them (and a couple colors we wish we could see!)
