post. Each picture represents a different phase in my life. In each phase I developed and matured as an athlete and person. The first picture was during PT school, after my basketball days, when I really fell in love with running. The second picture was during my last pregnancy. For about 5 years my fitness goals were to just be active during my pregnancies and postpartum phases. The third picture represents a 2 year phase of me entering the body building world. The last picture was from last week and it represents me returning to running and lifting the way I like for my own personal goals. Each phase took years, each phase required consistently and discipline, and each phase was/is so much fun! I loved running in PT school and even pre kids, I loved training during my pregnancies and trying to lose the baby weight. I loved training for competitions, and I love what I am doing now! I don’t look back and wish I could look or feel a certain way because I know WHY things were like that and I put in the work for the outcomes I desired. Anyways, just trying to say that having goals, patience, consistency, and discipline are sooo important for fitness and life! ✌🏾
