I cringe when I think about some habits my younger self had that I didn’t realize were so unhealthy.

I’d say things like “I’ll sleep when I’m dead,” have a Slim Fast shake for breakfast, and think I was only in shape if I was doing tons of cardio.

Life is a journey and it’s about growth! When you know better, you do better.❤️
