✨What are your health goals for this month? ✨
❄️I want to be intentional and get outside for a least one workout a week. I hate the cold, so tend to trap myself inside during the month of January. I know how much getting fresh air and being in nature helps my overall health, so I’m setting a goal of at least one outdoor workout per week.
🍷I’ve never participated in “Dry January” but this year it feels like the right fit for me. I’m cutting alcohol and added sugar as a start-of-the-year reset.
🧘2025 was a hard year in a lot of ways—I know I need to focus on stress management to start this new year. Every day, I’ll make sure I’m engaging in one anti-stress activity.
🥵I haven’t been as consistent with taking saunas, so I added that to this month’s health goals to help me build the habit back into my weekly routine.
