Still time to sign up for our 6th annual Kick for the Cure, breast cancer awareness and support tournament. Each year we donate money from the tournament to Hope Cancer Resources in Springdale. Thanks to our sponsors for making it possible to give each participating player a tournament T-Shirt!!

Divisions include Men’s Open, Women’s open, Men’s rec, Women’s rec, and Coed division also!

Progressive loading and training of the spine are great ways to improve stability, posture, and core strength. Progressive loading involves gradually increasing the amount of stress placed on the muscles and connective tissues around the spine with the goal of enhancing functional capacity.

What does this mean?

As the spine becomes accustomed to increasing loads, we improve its ability to withstand stresses experienced in daily activities such as twisting, lifting, carrying, and repetitive flexion. This leads to better overall performance, increased mobility and independence, and a reduced risk of injury.

However, if you are experiencing persistent or severe back pain, it's best to avoid progressive loading. Reach out to us for appropriate guidance.

Incorporate exercises like half kneel hip lifts seated leg lifts and half kneel stretch before sports activities like soccer for improved kicking power and injury reduction. Remember, balance is key – overemphasizing stretching can lead to imbalances and potential issues.
