Dr. Paschall earned his medical degree from UAMS and completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama, followed by a Gastroenterology & Hepatology fellowship at Saint Louis University.

Beyond medicine, he’s passionate about giving back—volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters, serving on a medical mission trip to Ecuador, and educating Arkansas students about HIV and AIDS.

He also enjoys golf, tennis, cheering on the Razorbacks, and spending time with his wife and their three sons. We're proud to have Dr. Paschall’s expertise and heart on our GI Alliance team!
