Meet Dr. Jeff Ellison—a fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with specialized expertise in pancreas and biliary tract disease. Named Chief Fellow at Methodist Hospital Dallas, he has also served as an Assistant Professor at UAMS and was recognized with the Circle of Excellence for Patient Care.
